Achievements: -Drug master file preparation, formulation, in vitro and in vivo evaluation of a mucoadhesive formulation of Metronidazole loaded in chitosan-xanthan gum matrix as anti-Helicobacter pylori therapy. -Formulation, in vitro and in vivo evaluation of a floating system of Gabapentin loaded in chitosan/xanthan gum matrix for treatment of epilepsy. -Preparation, in vitro and in vivo evaluation of oral sustained release suspension of Ibuprofen loaded in chitosan-sodium alginate matrix. -Characterization of Self Emulsifying Drug Delivery System for oral delivery of proteins such as calcetonin, insulin, etc. 6.
