• Photoionization and photoexcitation of multiply charged ions using synchrotron radiation (Advanced Light Source at Lawrence Berkeley National Laboratory) • Electron impact ionization of multiply charged ions • Atomic structure calculations via Relativistic Configuration Interaction (RCI) and Many Body Perturbation Theory (MBPT) • Magnetic properties of materials studied with Physical Property Measurement System (PPMS) • M?ssbauer spectroscopy for hyperfine interactions (Isomer shift, magnetic dipole, and electric quadrupole interactions)
