Research Interests

•	Fabrication of devices and circuits down to submicron range using photolithography technique
•	Fabrication of devices and circuits down to 20 nm using electron beam lithography technique (nanowires, single electron devices, carbon based materials; mainly Graphene FET and carbon nanotubes devices)
•	Characterization of nanostructures using electron microscopy, optical microscopy,  X-ray diffraction, AFM, …
•	Low noise magneto-electronic transport measurements of nanostructures 
•	Low temperature measurements using cryogenic systems, including He3-He4 dilution refrigerator able to cool down to 35 mK and PPMS Quantum design able to cool down to 2 K

•	Fabrication and characterization of magnetic nanoparticles
