• Medicines optimization in palliative and hospice care: Enhancing safety, effectiveness, and quality of pharmacotherapy for patients with limited life expectancy. • Appropriate and inappropriate prescribing in palliative care: Evaluating patterns, prevalence, and clinical outcomes of medication use in advanced cancer and terminally ill patients. • Deprescribing: Investigating barriers, facilitators, and structured interventions to reduce potentially inappropriate medications, with a focus on multidisciplinary decision-making and patient-centred care.
