•	   Prepared Tender Bid Estimates for various civil construction projects
      and coordinated the activities of others involved.
•	Ensured that proposal documents were prepared and submitted on time 
       to satisfy Client's tender requirements and regulations.
•	Performed special assignments of following up and negotiations with
      multi-national Joint-Venture partners for major projects in the Middle East.
		 
1996 – 1997	Control Manager  -  Mahalapye, Botswana 	
		Project: North South Carrier Project (NSCW)
   A Five- Contractor Joint Venture Consortium job which involves a 
   360-Km water carrying pipeline from a dam near Selebi-Piwke North
    in the north of Botswana to the Capital Gaborone. 
	Client: The Water Utilities Corporation.
	Contract Value: US $210 Million.


1993 – 1996	Office Engineer – Cost & Planning  -  Abu Dhabi, UAE	
		Project: Thamama C & F Gas Gathering and Injection Project, THAM.
	Laying of 450 Km of pipes 3" to 16".Fabrication & Installation of piping
	 at 65 gas well locations and 5 remote manifold.
	Client: Eastern Bechtel Corporation.
	Contract Value:  US $ 40.5 Millions

1992 – 1993	Cost Control Engineer –-  Masila, Yemen 
		Project: Construction of a complete oil field installation including oil 
gathering system from 3 separate oil fields to a control production facilities
(capacity 150,000 BPD), a cross country pipeline (140 kms.) to the sea 
and Export Terminal with offshore loading facilities. 
	                Client: Canadian OXY Offshore Int'l. Ltd.
	                Contract Value: US$ 310 Million.

1991 – 1992	Quadratic Foundation for Engineering, Amman, Jordan

Design & Site Engineer
