A dedicated researcher and Associate Professor of Pharmacology with in-depth research experience and interests in Cancer Biology and Translational Oncology, Molecular and Clinical Pharmacology, and a core mechanistic focus on Protein Regulation and Cell Signaling. My research aims to elucidate complex molecular pathways of chronic diseases, identify novel therapeutic targets, and apply clinical and analytical methodologies to advance patient care. I have a strong track record of publishing scientific work in peer-reviewed international journals, designing laboratory and clinical experiments, conducting advanced statistical analysis, and leading research projects.

Sep. 2024 – Present Assistant Dean of Accreditation and Quality Assurance, Faculty of Pharmaceutical Sciences, The Hashemite University, Zarqa, Jordan • Oversee accreditation processes, quality assurance initiatives, and continuous improvement activities across the Faculty. • Lead the preparation, writing, review, and organization of documentation submitted to accreditation bodies, particularly the Accreditation Council for Pharmacy Education. • Chaired and coordinated ACPE-related committees and contributed to the preparation of the BPharm Self-Study Report. • Prepared the first drafts of the Student Handbook, Faculty Handbook, and Quality Assurance Manual, which were approved by the Dean. • Prepared the Faculty’s response to the ACPE Preliminary Review Team and contributed to post-evaluation and cumulative progress reports. • Served as the lead official responsible for documenting progress against the ACPE Quality Criteria 2026 during the 2025–2026 reporting period. • Developed the Faculty KPI table and the Faculty assessment table to monitor assessment activities, findings, improvement actions, responsible parties, timelines, and closure of the quality cycle. • Served as Rapporteur of the University Committee for Preparing the Policy for Measurement and Development of Key Performance Indicators. • Developed detailed procedural cards for accreditation monitoring, student competency examination follow-up, and the development and approval of new academic programs. • Developed and applied evaluation criteria for reviewing the Faculty website and monitoring the completeness of accreditation-related content. • Coordinated the classification and activation of institutional surveys supporting quality assurance and accreditation.
